Why did you decide to join Seihatsu Spring?
When observing our factory, I thought the senior engineers manipulating press machines were so cool. I thought I want to work here.
Tell us about your work.
Setting plate materials in roll on, and manipulate press machines.
After manufactured products are done, die adjustments are measured and if the result are okay, I pass 100% good quality products to the next process like degreasing, packing, and so on.
Tell us your current goals in work.
Since we’ve been hiring more junior engineers,
I am working on how to pass on everything I know as quickly as possible.
I also like to be challenged with new things while teaching and I want to improve my skills to avoid getting knocked out by the juniors.
Do you feel you have been growing?
I feel I’ve improved my skill with solving sudden problems and emergency orders.

I would like to further improve our technology and make production improvements that can contribute to the entire company.
