We are also taking on the challenge of implementing systems, focusing on social insurance, labor management, payroll calculations, factory accounting, and general affairs.

I'm learning every day, but I also try to support my colleagues so that they can work with peace of mind.
Do you feel you have been growing?
I have now been put in charge of the company's human resources and labor affairs. I will be proactively taking on other challenges as well.

Both men and women have responsible jobs.
